Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini was left bleeding following a nasty collision during the pre-season win over Tottenham Hotspur.
The Italy international was the victim of an unintentional elbow from Spurs’ Ryan Sessegnon in the closing stages of 1-0 victory.
Chasing a ball from Roger Ibañez, Sessegnon accidentally caught Pellegrini with his elbow above the Roma man’s eyebrow, which left him bloody and needing treatment.
