Zlatan Ibrahimovic says he ‘feels good’ in Sweden with the Hammarby squad but will only return to Milan ‘when we can start training’ again.

Ibrahimovic is spending the coronavirus pandemic in his homeland, keeping fit with the club he bought a 23.5 percent share in at the end of last year.
“Of course I’m worried, I get a lot of updates all the time about things that have happened and that are happening,” he told Dplay Sweden.
“At the same time, I don’t think we can stop everything. I have to keep going and living my life.
“I mean, there are other things that can happen as well, but everyone has to take responsibility and respect the situation.”
The striker then revealed what it was like to be training outside when his fellow Serie A stars were stuck indoors.
“It feels good, I’m so grateful that I can be a part of this and that I can train with the guys, seeing that everything is standing still in Europe, mostly in Italy where we can’t do training and have to stay inside, so I’m very happy to be here, to get to know the fantastic people who work in the club and the players as well.
“To be honest, I’m just grateful I have this possibility. Everything is great, it’s not natural grass but plastic so the tempo is really high.
“Since a lot of the guys are very young, they are hungry and want to reach higher levels and they want to prove themselves.
“It’s great though, they keep me going and hopefully I can give them something back.”
The 38-year-old’s contract with Milan expires at the end of the season, so could he end up playing for Hammarby?
“I don’t know. There are a lot of things going on and I don’t know. I mean, who knew the coronavirus would come into the picture and turn the world upside down in two weeks?
“We’ll see what happens. At the moment, it’s nothing I think of because I have a contract with Milan.
“I want to play as long as I can. Will I play in Allsvenskan? I don’t know. I’ve always said I won’t play there but I’ve said other things as well that have changed so we’ll see what happens.
“Nobody knows [when I’ll return to Milan]. As soon as we know when we can start training, then I’ll go there. Now it makes no sense to go there.
“Everyone is training at home, publishing on their social media accounts that they’re doing push-ups and sit-ups.
“For me, it’s better to be here, to play and train football with a whole team.”
Despite being born in Malmo and having played for the club of his birth, Zlatan has never won any Swedish silverware.
“All trophies are welcome. There’s still space in my trophy cabinet. Just a couple of days ago I went through it and sorted things around, but I always want more.
“The more I can win, if it’s an Allsvenskan gold, Scudetto or anything else, it doesn’t matter. I want to win, always.”
