Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s future at Milan is in serious doubt, and the Swede could follow Zvonimir Boban and Paolo Maldini out the exit door at the end of the season.

Ibra only joined Milan in December as a free agent, but has made an instant impact at San Siro.

However, Tuttosport reports that due to the upheaval and future changes to be made in the upper echelons of the club, the Swede may not stick around past June.

His contract expires with the Rossoneri on June 30, and with both Boban and Maldini looking likely to leave the club due to disagreements with Ivan Gazidis and Elliott Management, Ibra could follow.

It’s reported that Maldini and Boban both played an integral part in enticing the 38-year-old back to Milan, and their imminent departure could play a role in his own future at San Siro.

Mino Raiola, Ibrahimovic’s agent, is also rather sceptical of the Elliott group, and may want his client to look at other options in the summer.
