Juventus boss Max Allegri allegedly communicated his departure from the club to the squad in three words.

Sport Mediaset reports how Allegri began by summoning Juve’s players, staff, physios, doctors and kit-men in the gym at 10:30 BST on Friday.

The broadcaster explains he first said, ‘Sunday will be Barzagli’s last match,’ referring to the defender’s impending retirement.

There would have been no rush to train due to it ‘pouring down’ outside.
