Carlos Bacca fired over the bar and Navas twice had to parry from Patrick Cutrone from point-blank range, all of those chances set up by Suso.
Instead, the hosts added a third at the death when Donnarumma denied Luka Modric with a fine reaction save, but Borja Mayoral pounced on the rebound.
