Pipita is surplus to requirements in Turin after the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, and has been heavily linked with the Rossoneri in recent days.

Tonight Sky Italia reported a basic agreement between the two clubs for a €15m loan, a report backed up by Alfredo Pedulla.

Now Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting the same thing, stating that the Diavolo will be obliged to buy Higuain outright next summer.

The stumbling block is the striker’s wages, as he doesn’t want to leave Juve and certainly won’t cut his €7.5m salary to do so.

Sky believes his brother and agent, Nicolas Higuain, will be in Italy in the coming days to try and work out a deal.
