Sampdoria released a video of one of their latest training session showing new coach Dejan Stankovic assisting his players like in the old days.
The former Inter and Lazio midfielder was appointed by the Blucerchiati last week and collected a draw in his first Serie A match as a coach against Bologna.
On Monday, Stankovic will face José Mourinho’s Roma at Marassi. The Special One coached Stankovic at Inter for two years, winning the treble with the Serie A giants in 2009-10.
Samp shared a video of their players’ preparation for the game on Instagram, showing Stankovic and his assistant Nenad Sakic putting in crosses for their players.
Stankovic held his unveiling press conference at Samp on Friday.
