Udinese coach Luca Gotti says he’s “happy” to have walked away from Brescia with a point.

The Zebrette were seconds away from losing, when Argentine Rodrigo De Paul scored in the last minute to earn a draw.

The point broke Udinese’s spell of three consecutive defeats, and Gotti is pleased to have got something from the game.

“We must be happy to have drawn. We were making a right mess of things, after that however we played a great game.

“We must be happy to have drawn. We were making a right mess of things, after that however we played a great game.

“The real regret is that we didn’t score. Then we conceded the goal in that fashion.

“We didn’t give Brescia many chances, we give away their goal from a free kick.”

Udinese's point ended their negative streak in Serie A.

“We tried to win the game, we came from three defeats in a row, you start to become afraid, even subconsciously.

“The attitude has always been positive, we defused them with relative ease, in the first half they put some balls into the area while in the second half there wasn't any.

“I don’t have much to reproach the lads about.”

Udinese are struggling to score goals but Gotti isn’t worried about it.

“My worry would be if we weren’t creating much. If we continue to work in this way, the goals will come.”
