Genoa say they are ready to discuss the sale of Italian Under-21 international Ciro Immobile to Napoli.
The Azzurri are known admirers of the striker and a move could take place at the end of the campaign.
“Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis wants to base the future on youngsters and Immobile is a youngster,” Genoa chief Enrico Preziosi told Sky Sport Italia.

“If he is of interest then we can sit down and discuss it – especially as we could be keen on a few Napoli players.
“However, when you talk about Immobile, you have to remember that he is co-owned between us and Juventus.”
Immobile, 23, joined Genoa in the summer after impressing at Pescara last term. He’s scored five goals in 28 games.
