According to Sky Sport Italia, Genoa will grab the €3.5m valued player immediately with the understanding that Milan will sign a 50 per cent share in him during January.

Genoa chief Enrico Preziosi and Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani are transfer allies after completing numerous pieces of business over the years.

This summer alone they have done deals involving Francesco Acerbi and Ze Eduardo.
