Genoa coach Alexander Blessin is trying to create a Red Bull vibe at the Serie A club, ensuring their youth teams all play the same tactical system.

When the German tactician was brought in as their third coach of the campaign, it was on a long-term contract and with a vision for the future.

This is evident from the way club owners 777 Partners and managing director Johannes Spors are imposing his ideology throughout the various levels.

According to Secolo XIX newspaper, the strategy is based on that of the Red Bull clubs, including RB Leipzig and RB Salzburg, which all have a similar philosophy.

That is clear from the football school to the youth teams through to the senior squads, allowing players to move up through the ranks quickly and without too much difficulty adapting.

The American fund also owns Standard Liege and Brazilian side Vasco da Gama, so the plan is to have all these clubs with a similar approach.
