Reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport on Saturday morning claim that Milan are following Norwich City and Republic of Ireland defender Andrew Omobamidele.
According to the report, Stefano Pioli and his colleagues would like to add another defender to his ranks before the close of the transfer window, although a deal for Omobamidele might not necessarily be straight forwards.
Norwich reportedly value the 21-year-old at around €15m, and there are concerns that a deal might not be completed before the end of the summer.
If that were to be the case, then La Gazzetta report that Milan could return to Norwich with another approach in January.
Omobamidele made his debut in the Championship as an 18-year-old in January 2021, before making his first appearance in the Premier League nine months later.
He has since gone on to register 52 appearances for Norwich across all competitions and also has six international caps to his name.
