Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani would reportedly stay on for at least another year under new Chinese ownership. 

There had been speculation that the potential takeover of the Rossoneri by Chinese investors would see Galliani depart San Siro alongside current owner Silvio Berlusconi.

However, Corriere della Sera writes today that even if the sale goes ahead, Galliani should stay on in his role for at least another year.

There had been speculation that the potential takeover of the Rossoneri by Chinese investors would see Galliani depart San Siro alongside current owner Silvio Berlusconi.

However, Corriere della Sera writes today that even if the sale goes ahead, Galliani should stay on in his role for at least another year.

This would be an initial confirmation in order to ease the transitionary period, with the possibility of another figure working alongside Galliani before eventually replacing him.

The 71-year-old has held his role at the Diavolo since 1986, the year Silvio Berlusconi took over the club.
