Rick Karsdorp seems destined to leave Roma in the January transfer window and Fulham are gearing up to send in a concrete offer, Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

The 27-year-old Dutchman’s relationship with coach Jose Mourinho has completely broken down in the Italian capital after the Portuguese coach publicly accused him of being unprofessional, inviting him to leave the club in January.

Karsdorp did not join the Roma squad for their training retreat to Japan but did return to Trigoria alongside his teammates yesterday, although he didn’t speak to Mourinho.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Roma are hoping to find a new home for Karsdorp in January and the most interested club currently are Fulham, who are set to send in a concrete offer for the Dutchman after the World Cup in Qatar draws to a close.

Other interested clubs include Torino and Lille, who have both started exploring a move, but both sides are hoping to sign him on loan rather than in a definitive deal.
