Juventus defender Andrea Barzagli will undergo medical tests today amid concerns of a thigh strain.

It has been a stop-start season for the 35-year-old, who replaced Dani Alves for the final 15 minutes of the Old Lady's 2-0 win over Crotone last night.

However, during that time the Italy international is said to have felt discomfort in the muscle of his left thigh.

He remained on the field to finish the game at the Stadio Ezio Scida, but there are now fears he could be set for more time on the sidelines.
