Paulo Fonseca insists Roma don’t think about their next Serie A meeting with Milan and reveals Stephan El Shaarawy will play against Braga tomorrow.
“El Shaarawy will play tomorrow, he is ready,” the Portuguese coach said at a press conference.
“It will be hard to recover Smalling and Ibanez, Kumbulla is closer to a return.”
Roma sealed an away 2-0 win in Portugal last week, but Fonseca believes the job is not done yet.

“Pastore remained for a long time on the sidelines. It was important for me to have him close to the team, but he’s slowly recovering the best condition. I think he might be ready to come back, but it’s important to me to have him around.
Federico Fazio and Juan Jesus played against Benevento, but were left out of the Giallorossi UEFA list. Therefore they are not available in European games.
“I made a choice and I can go back. We’ll play with those who can. Fazio and Juan Jesus played well on Sunday, I am satisfied with their performance,” Fonseca claimed.
The Giallorossi will then face Milan in Serie A the following weekend. Is this the first decisive moment of the season for Roma?
“Every moment is decisive since the very first day of the campaign. We can only think about tomorrow. It will be a tough game. I don’t want to think about Milan. We must qualify for the next stage and then think about Milan.”
