“We both took a step forward to get the renewal done, as I wanted it so badly,” confessed the versatile local lad on Sky Sport Italia.

“I grew up watching Totti on television, so it still doesn’t seem quite real to me that I’m playing alongside him. I can only say he’s a special person, both on and off the field.”
Roma are currently second in Serie A, three points adrift of Juventus and determined to close that gap.
“It would be a huge disappointment if we didn’t get the title, but we will spit blood to win the Scudetto.”
