Mathieu Flamini has revealed he was 'disappointed' with Milan's contract offer and has admitted he will leave the club.

The midfielder echoed comments made earlier on Thursday by his agent, and has claimed that he 'deserved better' from the Rossoneri.

“I'm not going to accept the offer of only two years,” he told Corriere dello Sport. “At 29, after five season with the Rossoneri, and after the four important goals I scored last season, I deserved diffferent treatment.

“I am disappointed, and I'm going my own way.

“My future? Anything is possible.”

Flamini is currently unattached after his contract at San Siro expired earlier this week.
