Fulham want to bring Alessio Romagnoli to the Premier League and they’re hoping their convincing offer will see them beat out Lazio.

The 27-year-old Italian centre back officially became a free agent yesterday after his contract expired with Milan, allowing him to finalise a move to a new team. His entourage has been in talks with the Biancocelesti for a while now but still no agreement has been reached, with around €300,000 to €400,000 being the difference between offer and request.

As detailed by Gianluca Di Marzio, Fulham have offered Romagnoli a four-year contract worth €4m net per season plus add-ons. He’s considering the offer but is unsure about making the move abroad, so a convincing Italian offer would take preference.

Lazio will look to try and close out a deal still but they’ll need to raise their offer if they want to finalise things before their pre-season training camp next week.

  1. Dont do it.

    Please dont go to Fulham.

It will be the beginning of the end of your career.

Lazio, or stay with Milan, or anything other than Fulham.

Nothing good happens to players that move to Fulham

  2. Well, apparently something good happens to players that move to Fulham. They get to pocket 4m a year.
