FIGC prosecutor Giuseppe Chine has asked for Juventus to be handed an 11-point deduction in their new capital gains trial.

Calcio e Finanza details how this is the Bianconeri’s third capital gains trial with the FIGC, following their recent 15-point deduction and later appeal to CONI’s Collegio di Garanzia. The first trial occurred back in May 2022 and the club were acquitted before new evidence emerged from the Prisma investigation.

Juventus have been accused of falsifying their capital gains through inflated player transfer values. Their recent appeal to the Collegio di Garanzia was partially successful and saw their 15-point penalty temporarily annulled pending this third trial.

Chine has asked for Juventus to be handed a new 11-point dedudction and has also requested an eight-month ban for Pavel Nedved , Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli-Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano.

No new sentences will be handed to Andrea Agnelli, Maurizio Arrivabene, Fabio Paratici and Federico Cherubini, all of whom had their punishments confirmed by the Collegio di Garanzia.
