“I’m not angry, in fact I’m very happy because I see that the lads are there and we have a Coach who is truly a worker in football,” the President told Samp TV.
“He’s given us strength, technicality and tactics, and I advise the lads to continue on this path and forget the incidents that make them angry or disappointed.”
He added to Sampdorianews.net: “We must look ahead and think about work, working with our heads and legs, because the results will come.
“I’m sure they will because today we’re a team that have an identity, made up of young lads, whom I tell: ‘Don’t give up, do what our coach tells us.’
“Our coach is a hard worker and the job pays, though he’s always paid!
“We’re four games in, they want to stop us with some disappointments, but they won’t succeed.
“None of them will succeed if we continue to be on point, work and play the football our Coach is teaching.
“We’ll go far. I believe in us: Go Samp, Giampaolo and the lads, I’m proud of you all. With work and goals comes victory.”
