Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero reveals Roma have enquired about Lucas Torreira, and defends Patrik Schick.
Torreira is one of the hottest properties in Serie A, and has been heavily linked with a move to Napoli in the summer, with the Blucerchiati already resigned to losing him.
“Everyone has asked me for him, Roma too,” Ferrero confirmed on Radio Radio.
“We won't talk about it too much though.”

Patrik Schick left Samp in the summer to join the Giallorossi after a failed move to Juventus, but he’s managed just one goal all season.
“You’ll see, next season loads of Roma fans – who I love by the way – will come to apologise. Schick is a great footballer, a golden boy.
“They’re talking like that because he missed a chance against Juventus, if he’s scored he’d be hailed as a genius.”
