Marco Fassone is confident Gianluigi Donnarumma and Suso will stay at Milan this summer, while Massimiliano Mirabelli will ‘certainly’ remain sporting director.
Donnarumma has long been the subject of exit speculation and Suso has a €40m release clause, but Fassone tipped the pair to stick with Milan, as well as rejecting the idea that Mirabelli could be replaced after just one season.
“Donnarumma? With the lad and his family and agent, we’ve talked openly for a while,” the CEO told Radio Anch’io Sport.

“Donnarumma? With the lad and his family and agent, we’ve talked openly for a while,” the CEO told Radio Anch’io Sport.
“We hope Donnarumma stays with us and marries into this project, although Milan wouldn’t stand in his way if any suitable offers came in and he wanted to leave.
“Reina as a No 2? These are technical choices, which Gattuso will make, but we’ll certainly have some excellent goalkeepers.
“Suso? His situation is different to Donnarumma’s because he has a release clause in his contract. We’d like to remove it, but it doesn’t only depend on us.
“I must say that for now, we haven’t received any offers for our players. Will Mirabelli stay? Certainly.”
