Aurelio De Laurentiis praises a ‘fantastic’ Napoli side and celebrates a 5-1 win over Juventus on social media along with his players.
The Partenopei secured a shocking 5-1 win over the Old Lady at the Stadio Maradona last night, moving ten points ahead of the Bianconeri on top of the Serie A table.
‘Ecstatic by a fantastic team! It will be impossible to forget this evening!!’ said President Aurelio De Laurentiis on social media.
He was followed by most of his players, including Victor Osimhen, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo.
The Nigeria international scored a brace, while the Georgian ace scored one and delivered two assists. “What a magic night,” wrote ‘Kvara’ on Instagram, posting pictures of his celebration.
“What a night, what a Napoli and what a stadium,” wrote Di Lorenzo, who was involved in Napoli’s fifth goal with an assist for Eljif Elmas.
It was truly a magical night for the Partenopei who have the most prolific attack in the league and scored five goals against a Juventus side that had conceded only seven before kick-off, keeping eight clean sheets in a row.
