Roma Coach Eusebio Di Francesco won’t be drawn on Scudetto ambitions – “we’ll talk about it later…”

The Giallorossi currently sit four points off the top of Serie A, with a game against Sampdoria to come.

This weekend they face Juventus in Turin, and could strike a blow against one of their title rivals.

“Let’s leave it alone for now,” Di Francesco said when asked about the Scudetto by La Stampa.

“We want to cause problems. If we grow again and we pass tests like the one in Turin, we’ll talk about it later.

“They are growing, Juve have returned to being ruthless and cynical, they give the feeling of never conceding even when the opponent is at their best. Did you see the Inter game? They didn’t win, but they deserved to.”

The Lupi face Torino in the Coppa Italia tomorrow, could they rotate with the game against the Old Lady in mind?

“We want to progress, because growth comes through achieving objectives. Tell me, how often do Juventus give up on a competition?”
