Roma Coach Eusebio Di Francesco reportedly told his players in no uncertain terms that they must improve, after a poor start to the season.

The Lupi lost to Bologna at the weekend, and have now failed to win any of their last five competitive games.

Pressure is mounting on the Coach, with owner James Pallotta admitting he was “disgusted” by the weekend performance and rumours that Paulo Sousa is being considered as a replacement.

Now ANSA is reporting that Di Francesco spoke to his players before training today and made it clear that no-one’s place in the team is safe.

He made it clear that he expects to see a reaction against Frosinone in midweek, with the Derby della Capitale against Lazio looming at the weekend.

Losing the derby could well see Di Francesco’s job come into serious question, with Sousa, Antonio Conte, Laurent Blanc and Vincenzo Montella all available.
