“Berardi has great talent and is doing well at his home,” he said to Radio Uno.
“Temperamentally, he must overcome the fear of facing changes, but in terms of the quality he has, he could play anywhere.
“Roma job? For me challenges are the order of the day, I’d be a hypocrite if I said anything else. On my part I want to improve and grow. However, I’m working for a club with great growth potential and I’m proud to be a part of it.
“Scudetto? Napoli don’t have many alternatives to their starting lineup, while Juve are very used to going through these moments. Inter have impressed me, beyond the results. I’d put them on a par.”
