“We have to win, it’s that simple!” Dzeko told Sky Sport Italia.
“It’s going to have to be a top performance, because Sevilla are a tough, important team and we must give everything to reach the next round.
“We’ve been doing well recently, playing some very good football too, so I believe we are ready.”
Dzeko was asked if there was the risk of distraction, as this morning Roma announced Dan Friedkin has agreed a takeover from President Jim Pallotta.
“We are motivated 100 per cent here in Duisburg to reach the next phase. There are other people who can focus on off the field matters.”
