Paulo Dybala has equalled Cristiano Ronaldo for goals at Juventus in Serie A while preparing to leave Turin at the end of the season.

The Argentinean striker put his name on the scoresheet against Sassuolo yesterday, becoming the tenth best scorer in the club’s history in league games, along with Cristiano Ronaldo, with 81 goals.

The Portuguese star scored 101 goals in 134 games across all competitions, while Dybala has 114 goals in 288 games with the club.

La Joya will leave the club at the end of the season as Juventus have decided against offering him a contract extension. The two parties had reached an agreement over a new €10m-a-year deal at the end of 2021, but the club’s strategies changed after the signing of Dusan Vlahovic in January.

Dybala joined the Old Lady from Palermo in a €40m deal. This season, the 28-year-old has scored 14 goals in 34 appearances with the Bianconeri.

Inter, Atletico Madrid and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with securing his services, but the Serie A and La Liga are the only ones to have taken concrete steps toward his signature in the summer. The next five games (four in Serie A plus the Coppa Italia Final) will be his last matches in a Bianconeri shirt.

  1. Madness from juve. Get rid of Ramsey Rabiot & Moratta.

1 in 3 for a number 10 is a good return in my book.

  2. 10 million a season means around 1m per goal. That’s not a great return. Love Dybala but he’s getting older and no closer to being anywhere near a Ballon D’Or contender. Time to cut losses and invest in youth. Agree with those other names… That needs to happen anyway.

  3. @Fatecisognare, I agree with you. Juve should invest in young players but when we read stories like they will go for di Maria in the summer transfer window…is madness!

  4. If juve invest in youngsters allegri will destroy their careers …he doesn’t find a system that favours the players he has…he tries to fit the players he has into his own system…if coaches like unai emery or alessio dionisi were given juve as it is, they would be more successful, even pirlo did more with less

  5. I really hope not. Hopefully it’s just paper talk. Rasp last night was a nightmare against us…that’s the kind who we need to be targeting not people who wants to use Serie A as a retirement home.

  6. Raspadori is a beast… he’s much cheaper and not injury prone like zaniolo, so why is juve reluctant and they talk so much about their financial problems

  7. Dybala is stupid. He rejected good offers from Juve and now won’t get the salary he was asking for nowhere. Inter offers 7 millions, Dybala rejected Juve’s 8+ add-ons.

  8. Thanks for the journey Ramsey, Alex Sandro, Rabiot, Dybala at least. If Chiello is leaving obviously the best of wishes legend True need for a attacking midfield, left and center back and a winger for flexibility. We also can’t keep both Morata and Kean as someone needs to help Dusan more frequently.
