Il Corriere dello Sport compared Paulo Dybala to Pablo Picasso following Roma‘s 2-1 over Empoli last night.

La Joya was decisive in the Giallorossi’s victory over the Tuscans at the Stadio Castellani with a goal and an assist.

The Giallorossi are now one point behind table leaders Napoli, Atalanta and Milan and Dybala has scored three goals in his first six Serie A games with the Giallorossi.

He was the absolute MVP in last night’s win at the Stadio Castellani and was rated 7.5/10 in the main Italian sports papers: Gazzetta dello Sport, Tuttosport and Corriere dello Sport.

‘He started by hitting the post and continued with a great goal, an assist and earning a penalty kick. Enough?’ wrote Gazzetta.

‘A Picasso in a world of craftsmen,’ added Il Corriere dello Sport. ‘He hit the post, scored a wonderful goal and delivered an assist receiving a standing ovation when subbed off.’

Roma host HJK at the Stadio Olimpico on Monday and have one more home fixture in Serie A on Sunday when they face table leaders Atalanta before the break.

After the international break, Roma’s season will resume with an away game at Inter.
