Dybala returns to take on his former club just months after a €32m move to Turin.

According to Tuttosport newspaper, Dybala will take the opportunity to meet up with his ex-strike partner Vazquez and extol the virtues of joining Juventus.

Palermo have already stated Vazquez will be sold next summer and Milan appear to be the current favourites.

Juve are still looking for a trequartista – someone who can play behind the strikers – as Hernanes and Roberto Pereyra haven’t delivered in that role.

Vazquez would be a more affordable option than Ilkay Gundogan of Borussia Dortmund or Sampdoria’s Roberto Soriano.

He also has the advantage of already knowing Dybala well and of playing for Italy.

Born in Argentina, Vazquez is half-Italian on his mother’s side.
