Inter probably need to sell a player in the summer to raise funds and Denzel Dumfries is the favourite to be sacrificed, with Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham interested.

The Nerazzurri have never denied they need to sell before being able to invest in any more new signings next season.

According to Sky Sport Italia, all indications point towards Dumfries being the one on his way out of San Siro.

He would after all bring in a massive profit, having been signed from PSV Eindhoven in 2021 for €14.25m as the replacement for another high-profit sale, Achraf Hakimi.

The Dutch international’s value has already sky-rocketed to circa €60m and that is the figure Inter will expect when selling him this summer.

A Premier League side would seem to be the most likely destination, with Chelsea leading the pack, closely followed by Manchester United and Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur.

This has not so far been quite as impressive a season as his debut campaign at San Siro, contributing two goals and three assists in 23 appearances between Serie A, the Champions League and Coppa Italia.

Last term Dumfries provided five goals and seven assists in 45 games.

  1. 40m would be a reasonable price to EPL. Otherwise another Skriniar saga.
But I think selling Lautaro is a better choice.
Anyway fire Inzaghi is the highest priority. All the players run downhill under him.
