Bartlomiej Dragowski has reportedly resolved his wage issue with Fiorentina, allowing him to complete a move to Spezia.

Gianluca Di Marzio details how the 24-year-old Polish shot stoppers move to Liguria was delayed after the Viola asked him to give up on his July and August wages. Dragowski was ready to return to Florence to resolve the issue but the club confirmed today that he’ll be paid what he was owed, allowing his move to Spezia to be completed.

Spezia will pay Fiorentina around €2m plus €1.75m in add-ons for Dragowski. The add-ons are split up into blocks of €250,000 each, corresponding to the number of appearances made. In addition, there’s a 50% future resale clause attached to the deal.

The Ligurian side were ready to turn their attention to Napoli shot stopper Alex Meret but now they’re ready to welcome Dragowski. The club needed to find a new goalkeeper after Ivan Provedel was sold to Lazio.
