Gianluigi Donnarumma wants “revenge” on Juventus in the Coppa Italia Final after Milan got past Lazio on a penalty shoot-out.

The semi-final ended goalless after 150 minutes and went to penalties, but both Donnarumma and Thomas Strakosha parried two efforts each.

In sudden death, Luiz Felipe blasted over the bar and Alessio Romagnoli kept his cool to convert against the club he supported as a boy.

“The credit goes to the whole team for a great performance, as we worked really hard to reach the Final and deserved this,” Donnarumma told Milan TV.

“We are a wonderful group. We’re so united, the opposition find it really difficult to break us down. The Coach made us become a real team, we are always together. As the Coach says, fatigue doesn’t exist, it’s all in the mind.”

Now Milan will face Juventus at the Stadio Olimpico in the Coppa Italia Final on May 9.

It’s a replay of the 2016 edition, decided by Alvaro Morata in extra time.

“We have more experience now than we did two years ago. I still can’t get over that Final and we’ll try to take revenge,” added Donnarumma.
