Lucas Digne hails Roma’s unbeaten streak and declares “this is my best season”.
The full-back joined the Giallorossi on loan from Paris Saint-Germain last summer, and believes he’s improved as a player since moving to Serie A.
“It’s no coincidence that we’ve achieved this comeback and an unbeaten run like this,” Digne explained to Football 365.
“We’ve had a fantastic run of positive results, we haven’t lost in 15 Serie A matches. These kind of results give us a lot of confidence.

“I think I’ve made a lot of progress, especially in terms of the tactical aspects of my defensive play. The stats confirm what I think: this is my best season.
“It’s great to be part of one of the top teams in Serie A. We’re getting better and better, and that gives us a lot of confidence.”
Digne is a French international, and is still hoping to make Didier Deschamps’ squad for Euro 2016.
“Obviously I’m thinking about Les Bleus and the Euros, but I don’t pick the team. I’ll leave that in the hands of Didier Deschamps.
“All I can do is work hard every day and finish the season as well as possible with Roma.”
