Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis said he ‘expects that the unfair decision will be reversed’, after the Partenopei’s hearing at CONI.

The Azzurri appealed the 3-0 defeat by default and the one-point deduction after the match against Juventus that never took place on October 4.

Juventus were given the win by the Sporting Judge, but Napoli have contested the decision and appealed to CONI.

The patron continues to insist Napoli were blocked by the local health authority and wants the decision to be reversed.

“I expect that according to fairness and justice, and that an unfair decision will be reversed,” De Laurentiis told the reporters at CONI. “We have always respected everything.

“I have always respected the League, the FIGC, CONI and Justice in a general sense. At a certain point it’s not that you do you own thing.”

The verdict after today's hearing is expected tonight.
