Juventus are expected to appoint Sine boss Antonio Conte as his replacement later this afternoon.

Del Neri, who arrived from Sampdoria last summer, only managed to lead Juventus to a seventh place League finish which saw them miss out on European qualification.

He departs the club having taken charge of 50 games, winning 20, drawing 19 and losing 11. His side scored 72 goals in those matches and conceded 57.

The tactician still had one-year to run on his contract. He's been linked with a return to former club Atalanta.
