Gigi Del Neri concedes tonight's clash with Milan “is decisive for everyone,” but remains confident of his future at Juventus.

“This match is decisive for everyone,” declared the Coach ahead of this evening's showdown.

“We are coming off a less than positive period of form and this game arrives at the right time, because it brings great motivation and enthusiasm. We know that we are facing a competitive side that deserves to be top of the table.”

Juve caused a big upset when beating the Rossoneri at San Siro, but have since lost two on the trot against Lecce and Bologna.

“We proved in Milan that we can fight it out with the very best and will do so again in Turin.”

It may be a decisive result for the Scudetto race, but also for Juve's ambitions this season and most likely their tactician's future.

“The club confirmed its faith in me and I feel secure about that, but in the end I know results make the decisions.

“Failing to even challenge for fourth place would be a failure. Will I stay with Juve? You shouldn't ask that, as I have a contract, but I'm not thinking about my future. I am only focused on doing my work.”

Del Neri is expected to move Giorgio Chiellini to central defence again after a few weeks at left-back, leaving Leonardo Bonucci on the bench.

“The idea is to field a defence that can both attack and protect, because allowing Milan to sit in our half becomes a risk, considering the quality of their forwards.

“Will I change from the 4-4-2? Every Coach has his own ideas and seeing as they have allowed me to stay in football for 20 years, I'll stick with mine.”
