The agent of Torino’s Danilo D'Ambrosio wouldn’t be surprised to see his client rewarded with an international call-up.
The 25-year-old is being talked about as a possible new Azzurro given his fine start to the 2013-14 campaign.
“I’m convinced that Cesare Prandelli is keeping an eye on all players,” Vincenzo Pisacane told TMW. “Things will occur naturally by doing things well at Torino.”
Full-back D'Ambrosio seems to have been reinvigorated with the wing-back role given to him by boss Giampiero Ventura following the switch to 3-5-2.
“Danilo can play in a back-four or a back-five,” the representative continued. “The important thing is that he is given space on the wing.
“When he attacks on the flank then he can do some real damage.”
D’Ambrosio, a former Italian Under-21 international, joined Toro in 2010 after spells at Potenza and Juve Stabia. His contract in Turin is set to expire next June.
