Juventus beat Fiorentina 2-0 in Turin and qualify for the Coppa Italia Final. Check out the player ratings from the Allianz Stadium.

Juventus

Perin  7 – Two decisive saves to prove that the recent contract extension was fully deserved.

De Sciglio 5 – Struggled to cope with Saponara, many wrong passes and a yellow card that will force him to miss the final. (78’ Cuadrado 7 – Needed only a few minutes to deliver the assist for Danilo.)

De Ligt 7 – Almost scored an own goal at the start of the second half. Would have been unlucky. Solid performance overall.

Bonucci 7 – Showcased all his qualities. Never troubled defensively and always composed. Leader.

Alex Sandro 5 – Shaky with the ball at his feet. Booed by the Allianz Stadium crowd in the second half.

Danilo 7 – Convincing display in the middle of the park. Very helpful defensively and scored Juventus’ second goal in the final minute.

Bernardeschi 7.5 – Scored his second goal this season, one of the most important of his spell at Juventus against his former club. (82’ Chiellini N/G)

Rabiot 7 – Juventus’ best midfielder tonight. Stole many balls in key areas of the pitch and scored the second one of the night, but was disallowed for offside. His development over the last few weeks has been quite impressive.

Zakaria 6.5 – Proved his worth defensively regaining the ball many times. Passes were accurate as well.

Vlahovic 6 – Missed an easy chance in the first half and didn’t always make wise choices in the final third, but he held the ball up front and earned important free kicks that eased the pressure on Juventus’ back-line. (82’ Kean N/G)

Morata 6 – Tried to help Vlahovic, but was often too far from the goal. (64′ Dybala 6 – Overwhelmed by the love of his fans, La Joya was brilliant in tight spaces, had a chance to score, but didn’t make the most of it.).

Coach: Allegri 7 – Fiorentina’s approach gave Juventus the opportunity to play their favourite brand of football. The Old Lady had enough chances to score more than two goals, but was also saved by Perin in a couple of circumstances.

Fiorentina

Dragowski 4 – The Poland international was the main responsible for Bernardeschi’s goal.

Venuti 6 – He had scored the decisive own goal in the first leg last month. Was more efficient tonight. (69’ Callejon 6 – Deployed at right-back in a desperate attempt to score a goal.)

Quarta 6 – Played a sharp game,  but was left exposed when Juventus counter-attacked.

Igor 6 – Knows Vlahovic well, but still struggled in one vs. situations at times. Luckily for him, the Serbia international wasn’t on his day in front of the goal.

Biraghi 5 – Was given the license to push forward, but his crosses weren’t always accurate and was also at fault for Bernardeschi’s goal.

Duncan 5.5 – Provided strength in the middle of the park, but lacked quality. (79’ Maleh N/G)

Torreira 6 – Tidy in possession, but didn’t find the space between the lines to hurt the Old Lady. Subbed off during the break. (46 Amrabat 6 – Similarly to Torreira, he never wasted possession, but wasn’t decisive in the final third either.)

Saponara 6 – Fiorentina created the most dangerous opportunities on his flank. Lacked stamina more than quality. (62 Sottil 5 Didn’t add anything to Fiorentina’s attack.)

Ikoné 5 – Was a bit everywhere on the right. The quality is there, but Juventus defenders didn’t leave much space for him. (79’ Piatek N/G)

Cabral 6 – Quick and dynamic, but Juventus defenders closed the space and only conceded a shot on target.

Gonzalez 5 – One of Fiorentina’s most decisive players in 2022 disappeared at the Allianz Stadium.

Coach: Italiano 5 – Fiorentina played the perfect game…for Juventus. La Viola pushed forward from the very beginning, but were too unbalanced and offered many chances to counter-attack for Juventus.
