The show at the Stadio Olimpico for the Coppa Italia Final started early with Fiorentina and Inter fans who set up actual works of art, rather than just simple choreographies, before kick-off.

The Viola and the Nerazzurri meet for the first time in a Coppa Italia Final in a sold-out Stadio Olimpico.

Italian fans’ choreographies are known worldwide. Once again, Inter and Fiorentina fans didn’t disappoint.

The Nerazzurri in Curva Nord depicted the classic Madonnina, the symbol of the city of Milan, while Fiorentina fans in Curva Sud had a giant drawing of Perseus with the Head of Medusa, which is an actual work of art made by Benvenuto Cellini.

The original statue is in Piazza della Signoria, Florence’s main square.
