Fiorentina and Inter have already met twice in Serie A this term, winning one game each, both away.
Simone Inzaghi’s men won 4-3 in Florence in October, but Vincenzo Italiano’s side got their revenge this past April, securing a 1-0 victory at San Siro thanks to a goal from Giacomo Bonaventura.
Both sides have already joined Serie A champions Napoli for the 2023-24 Supercoppa, which will involve four clubs from next season. The league’s runners-up will take the fourth and remaining spot.
