Gazzetta dello Sport writes today that the Coach has his eye on a number of Serie A players as he plans a squad overhaul in London.

The newspaper reports that he will need at least one top-level centre-back and that Juve’s Leonardo Bonucci is his top choice.

However, the Bianconeri have no intention of selling and therefore Antonio Rudiger of Roma has also been linked.

The Giallorossi can secure the Germany international permanently from Stuttgart for €13m this summer, so the outlet warns it would cost Chelsea a lot to secure him.

In midfield, Gazzetta believes Conte wants Roma’s Radja Nainggolan but he won’t leave the capital for less than €40m.

Juve’s Paul Pogba has been linked with the Blues for some time but the outlet writes that he won’t depart Turin for anything less than €100m, although he does have a good relationship with Conte.

Falcao and Diego Costa could also be leaving Stamford Bridge this summer, meaning Conte will be in the market for a new striker.

Gazzetta points out that Conte already wanted Napoli’s Gonzalo Higuain while at Juventus and he is coming off an exceptional season.

Higuain has a release clause set at €94.5m which could be a problem and bids for reported Juventus targets Edinson Cavani of PSG and Romelu Lukaku of Everton are also possible.
