Conte’s lawyer recently rejected suggestions that he might resign from his position with La Nazionale, but calls for the 45-year-old's departure could now re-surface.
The newspaper believes that the former Juventus Coach has been charged over two matches, Novara-Siena and Albinoleffe-Siena, but that he will have to defend only one of these games.
Conte’s legal representatives are believed to have demanded that a verdict is reached before the European Championships in 2016, with the process due to start this autumn.
