Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini is out of tonight’s game with Barcelona with a thigh injury.
The centre-back was expected to start in the crucial Champions League clash, which could see the Bianconeri qualify for the Last 16, depending on other results.
However, Chiellini pulled up in training with a thigh problem, which required scans and now Juve have confirmed he’ll miss tonight’s game.

“Giorgio Chiellini will not play in Juventus-Barcelona because of a muscular strain in his right thigh,” the club confirmed on their Twitter page.
It’s expected Medhi Benatia will replace him in the starting XI, rather than Daniele Rugani.
