Sky Sport Italia claim that Chelsea pledged six weeks ago to let Sarri leave without Juventus paying compensation, but have now changed their minds.

Ramadani wants them to stand by that promise, as Sarri never caused problems for the club throughout the season and would walk away with the Europa League and Champions League qualification.

Sportitalia also state that the issue is going to be delayed by a few more days, but are confident the deal will be done on Friday or Saturday.

Juve director of sport Fabio Paratici said today that there was not just one choice to replace Max Allegri in Turin.

“There is a range of Coaches we are evaluating,” director of sport Paratici told reporters at the Football Leader 2019 event.

“We have clear ideas and are working on it. There’s no time limit on a decision, it’ll take a little while, then you’ll know the new Coach.”

Meanwhile, Sarri confessed to feeling homesick and wanting a return to Italy.
