Massimiliano Allegri will look to Dusan Vlahovic and Alvaro Morata in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 against Villarreal in Turin.

The Serie A giants picked up a 1-1 draw in Spain three weeks ago, so they’ll need a win to qualify for the quarter-finals tonight. Leonardo Bonucci, Alex Sandro, Denis Zakaria, Weston McKennie, Federico Chiesa and Kaio Jorge are injured. Paulo Dybala and Giorgio Chiellini return, but are unlikely to start.

Dusan Vlahovic was introduced as a sub in the second half of Saturday’s 3-1 win over Sampdoria and will start with Alvaro Morata up front.

Juventus are the best team in Italy since the start of the year with 22 points collected in ten games. They are unbeaten in 15 Serie A matches and won each of the last six Champions League games played at home. They lost three of their 23 home games in Europe’s elite competition against Spanish clubs.

Villarreal have travelled to Turin without the injured Ruben Pena, Paco Alcacer and Alberto Moreno.

  1. Must win for Juve, though it won’t be easy, given Serie A’s poor record v Spanish teams. Let’s see how brave Allegri is.

  2. if we cant beat Villareal then how we can handle Real Madrid ? But, Allegri result in CL is great compared to other Italian coach bar Ancelloti so I believe him
