Antonio Cassano has been assessed and passed fit to recommence his playing career with Milan and begin training again from tomorrow.

The 29-year-old has been out of action since the end of October after suffering a mild stroke that doctors found was the result of a minor heart condition. Since undergoing surgery, the former Bari and Roma man has been on a specialised routine of mild exercise – generally walking – and tests to assess his recovery.
