Cancelo joined Juve from Valencia last summer for €40m, having spent the 2017-18 campaign at Inter.
He played 34 times in all competitions for Juve, scoring one goal and providing eight assists.
However, it is claimed his lack of defensive discipline and even his attitude have made him expendable.
