Milan defender Mattia Caldara expects to be back around February but “I don’t want to push the time because there’s the risk of relapses”.

The centre-back joined the Rossoneri from Juventus in the summer, but he’s made only one appearance due to a series of injuries.

Initially he was struggling with a muscular problem, and he’s now out until next year with a ruptured achilles tendon.

“It’ll take a few more months,” Caldara confirmed, speaking to Tuttomercatoweb.

“February? More or less. We still don’t know the time, but around then.”
